My only concern was that some things came in perfect mint, while others came fairly beat up.
This wasn't a huge issue, because the only things that weren't completely mint were commons and uncommons that weren't worth much, I'd just simply appreciate it if B&Bmagic could take the time to more accurately catalog their inventory in terms of condition, because the cards I received in "slightly played" or just "good" condition were purchased while listed as "Near Mint".

The cards are all in advertised condition with the exception of one Vindicate which looks better than what I ordered, and one Goblin Bombardment which had absolutely no business being called Near Mint with a big wear mark on the bottom edge of the card. But I don't care about that, the Bombardments were 94 cents apiece. If I wanted to be a dick I could send it back but... why? It'd probably cost me more to ship it then it did to buy it. Besides, I use opaque sleeves anyway, so it won't bother me. It was shipped when they said it'd be and only took a week to get to Ontario, Canada through USPS. Pretty fast for free shipping! Unlike Bigfireball, I think I will be going back to these guys when I need something I can't find around my area again. I see now why there were absolutely no negative comments left by anybody (yes, I read the entire thing before ordering) and if they continue this excellent service, I can't see any reason anyone would, either. Excellent vendor. |

on the other hand, i ordered the rest of the deck from 'The Counterspell' --> they had good prices, AND a nice variety of cards... had to change shipment speed for thhis order too, phone conversation took a bit longer. Cards showed up LATE for the birthday...annoying. >.>
Black and Blue has never let me down, the ONLY thing i would sugest / request, is a larger selection. if they had the same cards i ordered from The Counterspell, i wouldn't have given Counterspell a second glance.

I do not know what the actual speed of delievery was but the packaging of the cards was extremely protected. Rate on speed I couldn't really judge where I was out of the country. The quality of the cards I give a 8 and the packaging a 10. I will be doing dealings in the future with this company again and will rate the speed this time. Overall score 8 1/2 as speed of delievery is a big factor in overall scoring but with that aside I give a 10. |
