I was first notified that my order was shipped and then I was notified that part of my charge was refunded. I had to look at my order and match the refund amount with the cards to see what was likely refunded. I had to send 2 e-mails in order to get info about it. The e-mail I received said that they didn't get my first email and that I should have been been informed about the issue. I agree, because I SHOULD have been informed, but I wasn't.
They didn't respond to a 3rd e-mail about how I was unhappy with the service, communication, and overall transaction. There was no opportunity for me to change my order since it was shipped before I knew about the problem.
Overall, I highly recommend that you use another service.
1) They messed up on what they had in stock
