| lone_rogue: | I like that they informed me in an email that one of the cards was not available, keeping good contact with me, and refunding me my money as quickly as I sent it - the packaging could've been a little better, perhaps putting the cards ( 2 to a hard sleeve and individually wrapped to protect them better ) but they did a good job.
I will use them again for future purchases that's for sure. |

| nli10d169: | A rubber band was used to keep the cards between two hard plastic protectors. The cards were slightly warped but not bent. After a short time between two books the cards flattened out to perfection.
