I was disappointed to find out that one of the cards I ordered I did not receive because it was out of stock, even though I was able to select it and pay for it. They did, of course, send the money back for the card, but did not refund the shipping cost. This one card would be very expensive to order by itself due to shipping prices. I found it basically impossible to get any of my questions answered. I sent them 3 emails and my dad even tried calling them a few times. I never got even 1 responce by phone or email. This made me feel a little uneasy about buying from them. I paid extra for the UPS insurance/tracking option, but found it was a waste of money because the tracking number never worked. Overall, though, I am pleased with my products and would probably buy from them again. |

| brian.fritchman: | I have ordered from Strike Zone about three times as of now. This time there was a problem with my order the first time I bought it. Customer service was friendly, and they refunded my money quickly once they couldn't figure out what had went wrong. When I reordered, UPS sent my cards to the wrong house, but a call to UPS fixed that problem. Overall, it took me 3-4 weeks to get my cards, but I don't believe this was Strike Zone's fault, they were very helpful in correcting the order's problems, and I have never had any trouble with them in the past, so I am still recommending Strike Zone to others. |
